What tools are available for my club offering?

We offer two different club types. Traditional (you set up the shipments + frequencies with product customization available), and subscription (customer chooses their frequency + products).

What is the best time to pitch a returning customer to join the club?

Our data shows the sweet spot is right around 4 orders with the winery. Anyone who has placed 4+ orders is a warm lead and likely to join if asked and presented with the benefits.

How can I view and control inventory for my clubs?

Our club tools show estimated quantities required before purchase so you can amend SKUs and ensure you don’t sell out. There is the option to turn certain SKUs off on the website if you have limited inventory and are worried about selling out, and you can also set up inventory notifications and policies to handle this with ease.
