We offer a variety of amazing features to improve customer experience, from a persistent login (once a customer logs in on their phone or browser, they stay logged in for future visits.), to a comprehensive customer dashboard where they can customize their club shipments, view order information an book reservations. We also have an amazing feature called personalizations. This allows for wineries to show specific, custom messaging to website visitors depending on their relationship to the winery. A first time customer can get a home page with an introduction to the brand, and a club member can see their current club shipment when they visit, further personalizing their experience from web to tasting room.

What type of fraud protection is in place for Ecommerce purchases?

Commerce7’s fraud is less than 0.025% of ecommerce orders which is far below industry average, but we know that dealing with fraud is difficult and can impact you financially. This is why we introduced our latest AI-powered Fraud Scoring feature. When a new shipping order is placed online, Commerce7 securely and anonymously runs the data through Amazon.com’s fraud model to detect and predict fraudulent orders.
