Can I view my reservations in a visual format?
Yes, Commerce7 offers a property map feature which allows you to visually see where guests are sitting, start a cart from the map, and ensure you have full visibility over the property.
What type of experiences can we set up using Commerce7?
At this time, we encourage wineries to use our reservations tool for tours, tastings, and visits to the property. We currently do not have the functionality available to offer overnight accommodations through our reservations portal.
Can I assign specific hosts to specific guests?
You can assign specific hosts to each reservation to ensure your team knows who they are assisting and can view their existing reservations.
Can my customers cancel or modify their reservation online?
Yes, absolutely. You can set up your desired cancellation window, but for optimal customer experience, of course they have the ability to cancel and modify their experience.
